The Client

The Family Center’s mission is to strengthen families affected by crisis, illness or loss to create a more secure present and future for their children. With a business-minded approach to running our organization, The Family Center provides expert social and legal services, including health-care coordination, to vulnerable New York families confronting crisis or loss.

The Project

After The Family Center won a visual identity & brand strategy grant from the Taproot Foundation, I worked with them to implement their new branding.

I designed new marketing materials in time to celebrate their 20th anniversary. I also conducted staff training to help them bring more of their marketing and communication services in-house.
